What foods should I expect in my order?
We strive to have the items that are the most problematic/contaminated grown with chemicals. We purchase in season and as close to local as we can. As staples of our orders you can expect dark leafy greens for salads and cooking, other veggies for salads and cooking as well as seasonal fruits. We purchase only lower glycemic and higher nutrition potatoes like purple, sweet and fingerlings, and onions about ever second or third order not every order.
